After that, it needs to be flapped or wrestled to actually activate the program to interact, they will vibrate their wings/play music alternatively, so when you encounter only stirring wings without music it's not an error, it's what the program is set to do.

Each process works for 13-15 seconds and if the interaction doesn't continue then it will stay quiet and give you a quiet environment because it knows you don't want to continue playing with it at this point.
